His interests include AI-assisted site analysis and design exploration, the automation of repetitive tasks, and the exploration of digital twins and virtual and augmented reality.
Design priorities include daylight and natural ventilation, energy analysis, materials with lower environmental impact, solar energy, green roofs and water efficiency. LEED, BREEAM and GSAS targets are considered according to the project’s location and the client’s objectives.
His focus includes mentoring young engineers, sharing knowledge, internal design competitions and continuous training. He encourages emerging professionals to master the fundamentals, understand people and place, work collaboratively and keep learning new tools.
Strategic ambitions include expanding collaboration across Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe; advancing smart, sustainable urban planning; investing further in digital and AI-driven design; participating in infrastructure and housing partnerships; and establishing research activity in climate-resilient architecture.
